Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

mushrooms INGREDIENTS:

20 large fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz) pkg Cream cheese, softened
2 T Sour cream
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 T minced Onion
1/2 t Dill seeds
Pinch of dried whole dill weed
Additional dried whole Dill weed


1. Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove stems. Set caps aside.

2. Combine cream cheese & sour cream in small bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Add bacon & next 4 ingredients; blend well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with additional dill weed.

3. Place caps in lightly greased 12x8x2″ casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
