Marion’s Cauliflower Casserole

Posted by Solitary Dancer on April 7, 2008

Marion, over at Dr. B’s place, shared her version of Cauliflower Casserole.  I love cauliflower casserole and have made several versions.  This one sounds yummy and easy.  This will be on my “try soon” list!

ThanksCauliflower Marion!

Cauliflower Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1 head cauliflower, steamed or boiled till well done 1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup romano or parmesan
salt and pepper
shredded cheddar for top
paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Mash together the cauliflower and remaining ingredients except cheddar and paprika.  Put in greased casserole dish, top with grated cheddar, and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350 degrees till hot all the way through and cheese on top has melted.
