Ingredients:

3-4 pounds of flank steak (or top round) cut into 8 steaks or leave whole
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce–Original Recipe recommends Tamari Soy Sauce.
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground ginger or to taste
1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over the meat in a large glass dish or in a large zip lock bag

Marinade for 10-12 hours or overnight, turning once

Grill on the barbecue or cook under the broiler 4-6 minutes per side for whole steak (less for individual steaks) or until well browned on the outside but medium rare inside

Slice steak or steaks into thin slices cut on the bias
