Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets

Found this and I loved fried foods!  This is on my list to try, that’s for sure.

Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets


1 1/2 lbs chicken cutlets, cut into chunks
1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute (I’m sure a couple whisked up eggs would work just as well)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 ziploc bag


   1. Dip cutlets in Eggbeaters in medium-sized mixing bowl, then transfer to Parmesan cheese in Ziplock bag.

   2. Really mix that cheese thoroughly, in every nook & cranny. **Remember: the more Parmesan you get on the chicken, the crispier your nuggets are going to be!

   3. Fill pan halfway with oil, & keep heat at medium-High.

   4. Dip cutlets slowly into pan (I use a deep electric skillet) & carefully flip once the undersides are a light golden brown.

   5. Chicken is done once golden brown & stark-white on the inside and looks almost “string-cheesy” when cut open.

   6. Enjoy. It looks & tastes just like restaurant-fried chicken!
