Nicole’s Favorite Microwave Breakfast

Posted by Solitary Dancer on July 13, 2007

Nicole’s Favorite Microwave Breakfast

1 cup of shredded cooked chicken
3-4 sliced mushrooms
Bacon bits or real bacon, cooked and cut/shredded (optional)
1 cup grated cheese (slices will also do)
knobs of butter as desired
seasoning (I use garlic and herb salt with some ground black pepper)
Sour cream for topping

Arrange all ingredients except sour cream on plate…cheese and butter on top.

Cover and heat in microwave for 1.5-2mins depending on your micro.

Add sour cream topping and enjoy!

Thanks Nicole!!!!

NOTE: This would be great at any time. I’ll be using this as a light dinner!
