Cauliflower with Lemon Sauce

Cauliflower With Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1lb cauliflower, florets
1 large egg yolk, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut your cauliflower into bite size flourets.

2. steam for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until fork tender.

3. Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish and keep warm.

4. Reserve the cooking liquid.

5. In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolk and 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking liquid.

6. add the lemon juice.

7. pour over cauliflower and toss.

8. Salt and Pepper to taste.
