Tigersmoke’s Sausage Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups Carbquik
1/2 pound Bulk sausage
8 ounces Cheddar cheese grated
1/4 cup Calorie Countdown 2% milk
dash Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line large jelly roll pan with parchment; set aside.

Stir all ingredients by hand in a medium bowl. It will seem very dry at first; keep working it and it will come together.

Roll into 30 large balls.

Bake- start checking for them to get brown at around 15 minutes.

Per Serving: 89 Calories; 7g Fat (70.4% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 13mg Cholesterol; 103mg Sodium
