Aunt Joyce’s Pizza Pie Lasagna Style

2 pounds Italian sausage
Small pkg sliced pepperoni
2 small cans of sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced black olives
1 small chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2tsp oregano
1tsp red pepper flakes
mozzarella and provolone cheese (8ounces more or less)

Cook sausage in skillet, breaking into chunks.

Using slotted spoon to drain fat, place cooked sausage into 13 x 9 pan.

Sprinkle oregano, garlic and red pepper flakes

Layer on mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, chopped onion

Top with sliced or shredded cheese.

Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve as you would lasagna.
