Spicy Yogurt Chicken Wings

Spicy Yogurt Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

12 each Chicken wings
1 1/4 cup Yogurt
4 teaspoon Cajun spice mix
4 cloves Garlic crushed
4 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Oil

Directions:
Prep Time: 15 minutes + marinating;
Cook Time: 20 minutes Oven Temperature: Grill

1. Break the wings at the joints, then thread each one onto a wooden skewer.
2. Mix the yogurt, spices, garlic, lemon juice and oil. Pour over the chicken and set aside to marinate (for about 1 hour).
3. Lay the skewers onto a greased baking tray and cook under a hot grill for about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
