Fofarrell’s Pumpkin Pie Pudding

You have to try this..it’s great warm or cold!  
Also now you can have a low carb alternative for Thanksgiving dessert  Smiley And as an added bonus it makes the house smell wonderful.

Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

15 oz can of pumpkin (NOT pie filling)
4 eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup Splenda
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
(or subst 1 Table Spoon & 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice)
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Grease/butter crockpot. Mix and pour into it. Cook on low 3 to 3 1/2 hours. chill or serve warm. Top with whipped cream.
