Pasta Is A Good Thing!

Posted by Solitary Dancer on August 29, 2006

This is great news. I use Dreamfields Pasta but check this out. Sounds really good. Mac n Cheese anyone?

Al Dente Pasta

New! Carba-Nada™. Now you can have your pasta and eat it too! We accepted the challenge and here it is! A reduced-carb pasta with wonderful taste and texture! To top it off, because Al Dente™ pasta cooks in just 3 minutes, it has a remarkably low glycemic index, slowing the rate at which it is digested. Healthy and all-natural, now you can have your pasta and eat it too. Click the link above for more information and to order.

Here’s the nutritional information. 24 CHO – 6 Fiber is great. I wouldn’t even eat a serving. 1 1/2 cups dry is a big serving.
