Zip Lock Omelet

Zip Lock Omelet

This is an easy way to make an omelet with no extra fat added and not many dishes to wash. This is also good to make for guests because individuals can put their own ingredients together and all of the omelets are done at the same time.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
optional, to taste, your choice:
    – meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc)
    – vegetables (tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, etc)
    – cheeses
    – salt & pepper

How To Prepare:

Put a pan of water on to boil. Open a Ziplock baggie (regular or freezer, small size is best) and crack two eggs in to it. Then add your other ingredients as desired. Squeeze the extra air out of the bag and seal it. Drop it in the boiling water and boil hard for 13 minutes. Remove from water, open the bag and roll omelet on to a plate. Enjoy!
