Rick’s Bachelor Cream Cheese Pudding

Posted by Solitary Dancer on May 10, 2006

Here's a fun recipe from Rick. It sounds really great and the variations are endless

Here's what Rick has to say.

Okay guys, don't laugh; at least I'm trying to participate.

I call this "Rick's Bachelor Cream Cheese Pudding".

First ya steal two chickens… (opps, wrong recipe).

1 Tbls Cream Cheese
1 Tbls Heavy Cream
dash Cinnamon
2-3 drops zero-carb sweetener

Mash up the cream cheese.
Add cream and mash to desired consistency.
Add cinnamon and sweetener; mix well.

Carbs = 0.81g
Protein = 1.4g
Calories = 102

That’s it. Just multiply the numbers through to get desired serving size. You can mic the cream cheese for a few seconds to soften it first. Mix it up and mic a few seconds more and you would have a warm pudding.

It tastes great.
