Bebe’s Mock Toblerone

Posted by Solitary Dancer on April 10, 2006

Bebe’s Mock Toblerone

1/2 stick of butter
1 square (1 oz) of Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
2.5oz cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 egg
6 packets of artificial sweetener–Taste this you may want more

In a small pan, melt the butter, choc & cream cheese on low heat. Then add egg, sweetener & vanilla. Bake in a greased pan at 325F for 10 to 15 min. Do not overcook.

I put it in the fridge for a couple of hours b4 I ate it & it’s sinfully nice. This choc-treat is extremely easy to make, it takes 5 min preparation time & a little over 10 min to bake. Most importantly, just a little washing-up afterwards.
