Thin Crust Pizza

Posted by Solitary Dancer on March 22, 2006

Thin Crust Pizza

1 lc tortilla
1/4 C pizza sauce
1/2 C mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice

Preheat oven to 375.

1.Spray an lc tortilla on both sides with Pam. Put in oven for 8 minutes, turning over halfway through. Remove from oven. It will puff up a bit.

2.Spread with pizza sauce, top with cheese, and toppings. Sprinkle a
little more cheese over the toppings to glue them down a bit.

3. Return pizza to over and bake until cheese melts.

By double-baking it, you get a very very crispy, crunchy crust. This is
especially good if you like to add a lot of heavy toppings because its
very sturdy.
