Easy Glucomannan Pudding

Posted by Solitary Dancer on March 22, 2006

I am basically a lazy cook so if it isn’t easy I don’t do it.

There are two ways I make gluccomannan pudding.

1. One can of flat diet soda (The Sunkist Diet Orange is good) and heavy cream to taste. Blend together. Take a small amount of gluccomannan powder (this is trial and error) and put into mixture just a little bit at a time and whisk rapidly the whole time. Once completely whisked in put in refrigerator and it should set up in about an hour.

2. Heavy Cream and your choice of Davinci Sugar Free Syrups. (I like to use the chocolate) Blend together and then do the same thing as stated above.

They are very good and really, really easy
