Amazing Pizza Crust

Posted by Solitary Dancer on March 22, 2006

Amazing Pizza Crust

This recipe was snagged from another board.

8 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup very finely ground pork rinds
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425. Warm cream cheese in large bowl in microwave. Add eggs and blend with a mixer until smooth. Add other ingredients and stir until blended. Spread mixture on parchment paper (or a WELL greased pan) with the back of a spoon and bake for 20 minutes. Spread on some low carb tomato sauce, topping and more cheese and pop it back in the oven.

This also makes great garlic bread. It is 12 carbs for the whole crust.
