Microwave Chicken Teriyaki

Microwave Chicken Teriyaki

This is a recipe for those who like something quick and easy to make.

2Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1tbsp Water
2 Cloves crushed garlic
1/4tsp Ground ginger
Chicken Breasts

Combine all the ingredients and place the chicken in it to marinade for 1 hour in the fridge.
Put the chicken in a casserole dish or similar and cook covered on High 3.5 – 5 mins or until the chicken is tender and no longer pink.

Serve with vegetables or salad.

If you use low carb Teriyaki sauce it is about 2 carbs.
