If you really want to know the nutritional value of that old recipe you have scratched on a used napkin; This is the place for you. You have to register, but it’s free and it allows you to store your recipes with the nutritional breakdown. It’s fabulous. You just enter the ingredients (one per line) add the number of servings and it analyzes it and comes back with some awesome data. Just give it a try, you’ll love it

what is a “wedge” of butter?

My best guess on this one is it would be like a chunk of butter. In U.S. measurements that should be at the 1 oz line on a stick of butter.
