Cuban-style Marinated Steak
by: SLCGuy
I think this will be very tasty. I know Orange Juice is really a no no, but I think it might be OK since it is the marinade and is not saved for anything.
This recipe does not state what kind of steak, so I guess it’s up to you and whatever cut you like should work just fine. The marinade is supposed to be enough for 6 steaks. So, you can take it from there and just enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Lime juice , fresh
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cumin , ground
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steak in large re-sealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill (or broil) over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness
