Even Zucchini Haters Love This Dish
Ingredients
3 med. Zucchini; (up to 4)
1 cup Grated FRESH Parmesan
1 pt Whipping cream; Unwhipped
Directions
Cut the zucchini into wedges the size of “Steak Fries” french fries (like pickle spear size…).
Plunk them into a shallow, oven baking dish. Pour the whipping cream all over.
Then sprinkle the fresh, grated Parmesan on top.
Bake at 325 for one hour.
The sweetness of the cream combines with the saltiness of the Parmesan to form the most delicious “custard”around the zucchini. It is HEAVEN! Zucchini haters even LOVE this!
I always get asked for the recipe! Always! It goes well with beef, pork, chicken, fish or turkey. Great for potlucks.
