This is easy and oh so good! I love it with steak. YUMMERS!
Blue Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles
DIRECTIONS
Place cream in sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
Reduce cream by half; turn to low heat and add the blue cheese crumbles to soften.
(Note : Be sure to stir sauce on low until cheese is melted.)
