Panhandle Sam’s Creamy Deviled Eggs
INGREDIENTS:
12 hard-boiled eggs
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons pickle juice
1 teaspoon sugar (substitute with granular Splenda)
1/8 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks; place in a medium bowl.
3. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and sugar. Mix until smooth.
4. Spoon mixture back into egg whites.
5. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
6. Refrigerate before serving.
