ToryLynn’s Tea Cup Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 g sweetener (granular Splenda) NOTE: One gram equals 0.0352739 ounces so I would consider 1 g about a smigeon of sweetener.
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a teacup or 2 cup glass measuring cup, melt 1 or 2 tsp butter.
2. Mix in flax seed meal, baking powder, egg, and sweetener (or 1 tablespoons SF syrup such as Davinci Sugar Free Caramel Syrup.)
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Turn out and let cool.
4. Suggestions: Put cinnamon in it or tweak it with other syrup flavors.
