Bacon and Cheese Muffins

The original recipe says it makes 12 muffins

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup almond flour
1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked crisp (drained)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 dash kosher salt (I would use sea salt, but that’s me)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix Eggs, Cream, Almond Flour, Salt and Pepper all Together.

2. Stir in Bacon and Cheeses.

3. Pour Mixture into Greased Muffin Pan.

4. Bake @ 350 for 25 to 30 Minutes.
