Parmesan Crusted Chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
4 teaspoons dry bread crumbs, Italian seasoned (I used low carb bread crumbs and they worked just fine. Just watch your carb count and you should be fine)
Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
