Sausage Broccoli Breakfast Casserole

1 pound pork link sausages
1 pound sliced mushrooms, raw
5 tablespoons butter or part coconut oil
4 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
1 tsp minced dried onion
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Penzey’s Ozark Seasoning (has salt as first ingredient)
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp sea salt (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
12 eggs, beaten
Fry links in pan until done. Set aside to cool. Saute mushrooms with butter and/or coconut oil. Set aside.
Slice links into ¼” slices. Layer, evenly, in 9×13 pan in this order — sliced sausage pieces, mushrooms, broccoli.
Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over all. Spread the cheese after that.
Mix the cream with the eggs and salt if desired. Pour evenly over all in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
I figured this subtracting half the fiber.
