“Breaded” Fish
I ate this tonight and it was delicious.
Ingredients:
Talapia- fillets (i fried 6)
Golden Flax Seed Meal approx 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese approx 1/4 cup
salt and pepper to taste
oil—your choice, I just used vegetable oil
Pat fillets dry.
Mix all ingrediants, you have to decide on amounts based on how many fillets you are frying. I started out with about 1/2 cup of the meal, but
there was a lot left over at the end.
Dredge the fillets in the “breading” and place in skillet with hot oil. Fry to golden brown, usually about 2 minutes per side. Again time depends on size of fillets.
Serve with tarter sauce, made wth mayo and dill relish.
This had no effect on my bg and tasted great!
