Marion’s Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce (read the comments–it has been noted that this is too much soy sauce)
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

Each 1 tablespoon serving has about 3 grams of carb

That seems high for a sauce. I checked my bottle of soy sauce and it
says 1 gm carb per tablespoon. I wonder how many carbs the sherry has
and think it might be eliminated. Use of another sweetener, like
stevia, could lower the carb count.

    This recipe has far too much Soy Sauce. Half it at least! Not nice at all.
